Meet Our Pastor
.

Greetings from Pastor Clarence Williams, III

Welcome to the web site of the Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church.  We're grateful for your visit.  We are here to serve you, our friends in Christ.  Please take a tour of our site to learn more about who we are
and how we serve our members, visiting friends, and surrounding community.  Our prayer is that you will be impressed to visit us soon for a day of worship, learning, and sharing.  We strive to know God better and
make him known to all we meet.  Come as you are and become a part of a growing church family where everyone is special.

Pastor Clarence Williams, III
was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and is married to the former Sara Mathes.  They have three sons, Carlton, Reginald, and Maurice, and two granddaughters.

Pastor Williams has organized and built several churches during his tenure in the Southwest.  As a student in Keene, Texas, he worked in the then “un-entered” areas of Hillsboro and Waxahachie Texas, giving Bible studies and leading souls to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. Today, we have documented churches in both cities.  He entered new territory in the far West, and won souls in Midland, Anton, and Petersburg, Texas. In addition, he established a church in Hobbs, New Mexico.  The Adventists in Ada, Oklahoma are all a products of his entering dark counties to establish the work.  In 2004, he conducted a Revelation Seminar in Fredericksburg, Texas and organized a company of believers who were enthusiastic about Christ’s second coming.

He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified counselor. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on Conflict Resolution, Black History, and Personal Finance.  Also, he was the keynote speaker for “Save the Children” at the State Capitol in Oklahoma City.  Under his leadership, the first certified non-profit Adult Day Care Center was created.  An annual Awards Banquet was also instituted as an avenue to recognize and award youth and adult achievers in the local Adventist church and the community.

Presently, he is pastor of the Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Real Truth Seventh-day Adventist Church in Houston, TX.  Website: bereansdahouston.org.  Live and archived broadcasts can be viewed over the internet at churchpond.com.
